I have a garmin c340 and I have lost the instruction manual. Can anyone tell me how to get the SD card slot to work? I insert the card but nothing happens, is their a procedure that I dont know about?

This Garmin has option for car/motorcycle, truck, bus, emergency, and taxi. I've used it as a truck route, and it has lead me to low clearance bridges, low weight limited bridges, and very narrow downtown turns. Is this GPS equiped with truck route? If not, then why is the option there? Somebody...
