trying to take old ringtones off my old phone its a ZTE C78. i plugged it into my pc but it doesnt come up in a way for me to take things off my phone

Okay i bought the zte c78 and i dont know how to use the bluetooth to get ringtones from my friend. But when i do try i go to blue tooth on for 60 secs, and when we do connect it shows my name and i see hers and i put the code in and it goes thru but when i press pair it says there is no device...

I go to all of the downloading sites (ventones/myxer/zedge) and I get to the point where I can download the ringtones. I press download and it "downloads": a music player pops up and the song plays, but none of the options let me save the ringtone to the phone. Does anyone know how to fix this...

Everytime I try to get a ringtone I can't. It works when I download it.. But I can't save it to my phone. I have Metro Pcs.. Do you think they blocked me from getting ringtones for free?? If u do have this phone and have gotten ringtones from free ringtone giving sites, please tell me how you...
