car or truck or suv

I'm looking for a very simple car/suv/truck i don't care what it is.The only requirements is:1)tow at least 4500 2)gets at least 20mpg 3)very cheap under 5000 thats all it can be used as long as it doesn't have mechanical problems or any other issues.

I'll be turning 16 soon, so of course I plan on getting my license, and I'll have to have a car to drive.
