    i mean TV's and those set-up boxes have V-Chips and Parental Controls so if the parents didn't want the kid watching oh lets see...Fox then they could block it. if i ran a cable network i wouldn't censor Sexual,Violence or Language or anything i would run Movies and Shows Uncut. the way there...
