i wanna know what type of metal is used to make the sound part of hand chimes. i also wanna know what type of metal its used to make big bells like church bells.

i think you all know what i mean. you put the key in the ignition and you turn the key and like 3 bells ring. whats the point of that noise is it to annoy the driver?
