how many pushups should a grade 8 5'5 female be able to do and how many situps and how many chin ups and how long should she be able to run and for fitness testing what do they have to do
and if i dont meet standards how do i work myself to be able to meet standards
routine? I do them. I find them to be beneficial when it comes to building pure strength. I was just curious whether or not pro bodybuilders do this exercise too. I would imagine that they might.
