christening

...Merry Christening? What is the right word to use when greeting someone who just have been baptized, is it Happy Christening or Merry Christening?

I want to get my baby son christened in an outdoors ceremony and not within a church building. Does anyone know if this has happened before in Ireland or is it a possibility at all..??? I do want the ceremony to be legitimate and not just a naming ceremony.. All answers greatly appreciated...Thanks

I have a few in mind but not crazy about them, looking for some more modern ones. Any suggestions would be great!
