C seems underpriced at $4.40 as compared to HBAN and BAC. However with nearly 30 billion outstanding shares, as compared to 10 billion for BAC, Citigroup is overall nett value is higher than BAC. Therefore is there any further room for growth in these prices. Is there any reverse stock split...
