comdial

If I am on line one with a client and line two begins to ring, I want to be able to turn off the ringer so I can hear the client.

I unplugged & moved the Comdial computer and now several of the extensions have message lights lit when they don't have new messages and the lamps aren't lighting when there is a new message. Anyone have any idea how to fix it so the message lamps are only on when there is a new message...
