i am going to US for fist time as a student. so am i a "resident" or a "visitor"??

my aunt who died had one and me and my parents have had it for awhile and im fixing it up as a first car but, is it a classic car or a crappy junky older kind of car will people turn their heads to see my car drive by and complement me on it a call it a classic like they do with other cars.

I am using a "limited account" of Internet Card, and i worry that if i listen to radio using my internet connection will eat up all my "free" 1 Gb.
