of the breather. Is this a? one time thing or will I have to relace the check valve ball?

I made sure that all adapter were wired correctly and everything. I can operate and use it perfectly fine when the key is flipped backwards and on battery power but when I crank it up the power button is lit on the head unit but I can't get it to turn on or anything at all. It's obviously...
