crappie

...gizmos, what do i feed it? and its only 4 inches so is the tank big enoug?...what temperature is good?...and what are some other good tips

I'm planning on feeding it nightcrawlers, minnows, and grasshoppers.

For example, on a lake or a river or below a dam and what season are they most active? -Any tips/advices/suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Where's all your crappie fisherman when you need them?...unless noone wants to share there secrets...lol...anyone?
