I just went to GNC looking for a creatine supplement to help put on some muscle bulk but im not really 100% sure how to use this product correctly considering theres no instructions on the tube. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I usually have just been taking regular 100% whey protein and today just started taking gnc brand creadrive. I took the whey an hour before I got to the gym and the creadrive a half hour before. My question is: is it right to take both back to back after my workout? I know both are important...
