    anyone familiar with toyota cressida auto swap to manual?

    have an 89 toyota cressida; pulled a manual 5 speed from 87 toyota supra. can i use my cressida's starter or will i need the starter from the supra. any other info or knowledge on this topic would be appreciated.

    1983 toyota celica gts 5 speed tranny compatible with 1982-1987 toyota cressida?

    I heard that these older celica's are equipped with a W58 5 speed transmission. I want to know will this tranny be good on a 1982-1987 toyota cressida auto to 5 speed swap? Has it been done? I know that a W58 is a W58 no matter what. Need a summer project. Any info will be appreciated.

    what can i do to my toyota cressida? performance wise.?

    its 1985 with the 5m engine. i just did the 5 speed supra trans swap. now i want to do some things to the engine. anything just nothing to expensive. thanks.

    1988 Toyota Cressida Cam/Crank Timing?

    When lining up the dots of the intake and exhaust, the lower gear is on 5 instead of 0. Is this the reason that the car misses at lower RPM? Or are my cheaper brand new wires, new Toyota rotor, or new Toyota distributor bad? why are those numbers...
