crux

I'm trying to get ringtones from my PC to my Pantech Crux. I have a USB but for some reason, when I plug it in and try to drag and drop an mp3 to my phone, it doesn't let me? Is there another way to do this?

I got a pantech cruz and i have ring tones on it. I've set my ring tones too all of the categories including text messages. I turn my volume up but when i receive a text it just vibrate.
