    Can you block phone numbers on the LG CU400?

    I'm trying to block this guys phone number, I need help with it.

    I've unlocked a LG CU400 that was from the cingular/at&t network in Australia but...

    I've unlocked a LG CU400 that was from the cingular/at&t network in Australia but... ...it won't get any reception? I need this as my phone is broken but i'm not sure how to fix it! It just keeps saying "no service" or whatever. Help!
