allways when i take pictures in a light area the picture gets horizontal white lines. It first show how the picture looks like and then it saves it but if im going to look at it again it gets its stripes and i dont know what or how i shoul fix it

I bought a Samsung D75 second hand, I tried it before I bought it and it gave a low battery warning, I assumed it was just the batteries and bought it anyway. Unfortunately after putting new ones in (it takes 2xAAs) I'm still getting the warning. It just beeps a few times and shuts itself off...
