...brand of speakers and subs? I have an opportunity to buy a used Dahlquist PDQ-1200 powered sub for $80. There aren't any reviews or much info online but from what I know, Dahlquist makes high end stuff. The only thing I know about this sub is that it has a 12" woofer and peaks at 400watts...
