I'm a male 27 130 lbs and deadlifted 260 lbs for 3 clean reps. Is this good, decent, great, bad ? Take into consideration that im cutting and losing strength.
Last week i did 225*5-6 on barbell rows
but last time i checked i can only deadlift 315lbs
i dont got bad form for barbell rows i actually do have good form.
Most people that bb row with 225 deadlift max over 400+ but i dont think i can do 400.
