My friend Roger is hispanic, but really really really black. He was 2 months early at birth. Is this the cause of dark skin?

has anyone had this with there pup and if so what did you do ? ops etc. The Breeder ZALMORROW in Staffordshire will not reply to my emails and texts . I wonder where I stand legally. Thanks
