defrosting

I've got a ready cooked bolognese in the freezer, how long should I put it in the microwave for before I chuck it in the pan?

i just posted heat only worked when reving engine. i added fluid and it worked. but i still have a glaze on the windows. i wiped them clean and drove it for 15 mins and theres starting to get a glazzy film like again . can u help? heatercore? maby
