I am looking to buy a new skateboard. I am a street skater but i don't do anything big. I need durable trucks for grinding. I narrowed my choices down to these two.

Destructo Black On Whiter Truck...
my friend is selling his used destructo trucks to me for $23.
i think its pretty good deal. the color is black and gold. my deck is light blue / green and wheel is white.
and he said the trucks' color and the decks' color won't match. so he
doesnt recommend but its up to me . should i still buy...
My friend wants to buy my used trucks and wheels on my old skate board. The trucks say " Destructo" on them , they are pink, and they have a black signature on both of them. The wheels are also pink .How much are these worth at the MOST, and at the least?
