    Philips DFR 1600 Home Theatre Stuck In Stereo Mode. How do you switch it to surround?

    I have tried everything. Pushing the Surr. Mode Button on both the Unit and the Remote. I reset the system. I looked in the Manual and I called Philips and still nothing. Any suggestions?
