Dialate cervix .... Mirena placement...?
I went to get my IUD (Mirena) placed today and my cervix is too small and not dialated enough ... does anyone have any suggestions to open it? I have not had children and I know that is a factor but obviously I can't do that. I have read about Blue Cohosh and how it can dialate the cervix. Does...
