Please leave feedback, am I telling too much about the character in the intro
The personification of human frailty and sorrow, Arthur Dimmesdale a young
Puritan minsiter, who is committed to his religion and devoted to his god. Being
a great speaker and such a wise man, Arthur is loved not...
In the scarlet letter, why does dimmesdale hold his secret in for so long and then finally confess to it? what was a factor that made him confess to it?
...whipped himself and fasted?? If you could also give me appx. what page or paragraph within the chapter that would be even more helpful!!
I have read the book, but I would prefer not to have to reread the book to find this quote for a paper.
