directories

I have one directory with an archive of 78,000 files and I want to organize them in separate directories of 200 each. Is there a program that will create and move the files automatically?

i'd like to know if there's a way to open the window that appears when t10 is connected with the usb cable (where you see all the directories t10 has), but via bluetooth? Thanx
