discoverable

i am using a dell xcd35 and i want to connect it to my pc and transfer files via bluetooth but the pc is not "discovering" my phone. How do i make my phone discoverable? i am using windows 7 ultimate right now.

I set my wireless earbuds to undiscoverable by mistake on my ipod, now I can't figure out how to make them discoverable again. Any ideas?

I just purchased a magic mouse from apple, and when I got to search for the device, it say searching and it never comes up as found. The Discoverable box is grayed out and I can't check it off. Is there anyway I can make my mac (10.6.3) discoverable?

So It works every once and a while when I can put in the security code for my phone and PC. But Idk how to get back there again, so It never works anymore. Please help!
