What's a good way to ensure that toothbrushes stay disinfected? Thanks

My dog keeps biting his arm and he bleeds from it. I hear him whining and when I look I see him biting his arm. It's really itchy for him. How do I clean it? Can I use hydrogen peroxide on it?

I usually disinfect my cell phone with Lysol wipes, is this safe for my phone? The wipes are just a bit damp, is that ok? Thanks!
