...I plug into it to play these? I heard western digital make something that might work, but I am not an expert so don't know what to ask for at the shop...

Am I the only one here or is this a common problem?

I have an old Razr and Altell service... Pressing the numbers on the phone doesn't work when I try to chekc my voicemail - when I punch in my security code, the numbers appear on the screen, but it doens't register - it's work once before, but now it doens't. What's wrong??
