any ideas ? he is already very supple , and is on the bit in all three gaits coming from the hocks

My riding inctructer, myself, and a friend are going to florida and my friend is doing level one walk trot canter and she asked me to find a level one dressage pattern. are there any suggestion to where i can find one?

Why cant i use bell boots in the dressage phase of eventing?
