i weigh 115 pounds female and am a newbie drinker i had one of those mini grey goose vodka shots about 15 minutes ago will i feel drunk soon ive only had a beer and a shot of whiskey in my life so im pretty new to drinking thanks in advance

Due to this I have a puffy face bags under my eyes blotchy skin and have put on 3 stone & a constant headache . I'm all for the red personally but I do like some white in summer but there seems to be an even divide for red and white and not many people change between the two. Ideas on what makes someone like one over the other?
