i can see its a wound on the bottom half of his wing. i cleaned him up with diluted anti-bacterial organic face wash (thats all i had!) and rinsed it well without making the bird wet all over! i bought pigeon seed & put that in a box with a towel down and a branch to sit on + lil tub of water...
