Why do the 50 million high school dropouts in America complain about their "poverty"? ... and why does Obama pander to them?

unable to talk. Why? Happens almost every evening, but straightens out as the night goes on. Theories are time of day (overloaded towers) and users sharing the same tower. Any ideas, and is there a fix?
