droppings

I've read that you shouldn't vacuum mouse dropping because it can allow germs to become airborne. But the thought of sweeping up mouse turds make me wanna wretch. Would using a handheld vacuum be any safer? Handhelds don't seem to kick out air as much as upright vacuums do. Then I'd throw away...

in my shed i found dark green droppings about the size of a pellet. does any one know what they could be? please help.

i heard that the droppings of some birds can give off a toxin or something that can be unhealthy and eventually fatal. does this apply to love birds?
