    Can I buy a new VW DSG transmission and replace with my old Fiat Punto's manual

    transmission? 1) Is is possible to buy a new DSG transmission from somewhere, say from VW? 2) Is it legal to change/adapt transmission of one brand to another? (e.g: DSG of VW with manual of Fiat Punto) 3) Is it doable/feasible to do such a thing (compatibility issues?) Why do I need this...

    Audi A3 2.0t DSG makes weird spinning noise when accelerating in lower gears?

    My 2006 Audi A3 2.0t with DSG transmission has recently made a weird spinning noise when accelerating in 1st gear and can be audible through 4th gear if at low speeds.     Why do Volkswagen GTIs with DSG (dual-clutch cars in general)make that

    "burping/farting" sound when they shift? i'm looking for a technical answer. i'm guessing it has something to do with how fast they shift?
