    Dum bell push ups are harder?

    Why is it that dum bell push up's are so much harder than regular or wide pushups? Regular push ups I can go 70-90 reps Wide I can do about 70-80 reps Using dum bells I'm barely able to do 20. why?

    ok i have 15 lbs dum bells and curl them and do push ups with them i do sit ups ?

    should i curl and do push u[s with them one day and then the next day just do situps only so basically take a brake from dumb bells for one day and then do sit ups then take a day break from them and so on and so forth or should i take more than a one day break from eachh
