dvd or avi

I'm trying to create a dvd of a trip I took. I have multiple jpg files and 3gp files (taken from my phone). I can convert the 3gp files to avi if needed. I can't seem to find a program that will allow me to create a dvd from the 3gp or avi files and jpg files. I started looking for jpg...
