    does "DVD Supermulti dual layer" mean it supports the reading of blue ray disks ?

    does "DVD Supermulti dual layer" mean it supports the reading of blue ray disks ? I have a Toshiba Satellite P850-31L which as part of its specs says the ODD is a DVD supermulti dual layer, does this mean it can read blue ray discs ??
