Hello I am having a problem with my combo cdrw and dvdrw optical drive.
It shows up fine and opens perfectly when on the operating system.
I inserted the windows 7 ultimate disc and others to try to see when i rebooted I could boot from the cd and install it and didn't work. I called geek squad...
