earbud

i don't see the software to connect my mom's bluetooth earbud with her netbook installed on her netbook. is there a bluetooth network adapter that i need to download? the ones from the hp site don't seem to be working.

In most of all of the cellphone headphones I've bought, mainly all have one earbud wire longer than the other. What is this meant for?

Yesterday one of my ipod ear buds (the ones that come with an ipod) fell out of my ear and landed in my coffee. Its now really low and hard to hear out of. Is there a way of dismantling it and cleaning the coffee out? Or am i doomed to buy a new pair :(

I am searching for earbud headphones (cheaper than $50) that has a good frequency range (preferably bass below 8 Hz)
