to use. can someone help me.? i want to go and a earthy diet but im not sure what meats to eat and cooking oil to use along with any other advice i could use to start this diet. and also is fish consider a earthy meat.

For meats, get skinless chicken or lean red meat. Cut of all the fats, which r the sort of squish bits that are paler. 4 oil have canola or sunflower.

No idea what earthy is but as to oil, stay away from coconut and animal oils and try sunflower. Actually better to steam everything
