the status column on the transfer window under search results keeps showing "waiting." What can i do to start downloading files?

I checked on other sites on how to do it but each of them say I have to drag the game to eithe ISO or GAME ( I use ISO not CSO by the way) And how do I get it into the PSP itself do I copy it into the ISO/GAME files?? Aaaahh!!!! I'm so confused!!! Thank you
