I have a concert DVD I want to make into an MP3 to put on my ipod/iphone but I need to rip, split, and encode it (and I have no idea how or what that all is). I'd like to be able to do this for free if possible...I have a macbook but it's from 2006 so it's pretty old. Any help is appreciated...

I normally use Nero 7 Ultra but my pc decided not to let me run it this time, and will not let me install i get setup errors all over the place.
Maybe my install disc is corrupt, but are there any other programs that do what Nero does?
