    Which internet envirement do I need for creating a server in MGO?

    Ive got MGS4, and i want to play online. I can do that, but the problem is that when im trying to create a server, then it says "you do not have the right internet environment to do this". So I just want to know, which right internet environment I need???

    can messing with the envirement varibles make the internet stoip working?

    if so how can i fix my problem i cant get on the internet at all
