I know you can lose weight using OTC asthma meds like broncaid, which each contain 25 mgs of ephedrine HCl...I'm just at a loss as to how much I should take a day? Enough to lose weight but not so much where it's dangerous. thanks.
i am looking to start taking ephedrine, i am aware of the risks involved and i have taken worse drugs in the past, but can anybody tell me their experiences with taking it and did it make them preform better at work or at the gym?? and the side affects??
