i have never printed labels before and do not have a clue how to go about it,do i install a programme ? i have got the sticky labels to print on but when i put it in my printer and found the cd label i want ,my printer printed it to the one side lol i just do not have a clue

I just took an epsom salt bath because my track coach told me to take one if my muscled were sore. I did it like it said on the bag of epsom salt and it worked, mostly. What does the epsom salt really do? Why is it different from a regular bath or a regular salt bath?

Will Epsom salt bath give me a yeast infection like some bath products do?
