needs a size 8 AWG wire to go...? from the alternator to the dash and back. The wires seemed too large to go thru the firewall so I was thinking about using a shunt. Do you know where I can get a 2" 60-0-60 ammeter with a shunt? That way I can run a much thinner wire from the shunt to the gauge.
