I'm looking at getting this vacuum and just need to know if it works. I have a Eureka and it says it's for pet hair but it definitely does not work. Help please! Buying a vacuum shouldn't be this hard! =)

I have picked up this model and they don't even have a manual for it on the Euro-Pro website. I have searched the internet to no avail. Help!
