hi, im trying to lose weight, so i picked a goal as a human. i want to look like them or at lkease be thin. my weight is now 170. thats huge! i know there are a lot of overweight teens anda lot of them get rid of it. i am open to an ideas to how to loose the weight or \what excaersizes they do...
I'm not looking for abs, especially, but just to lose weight in my stomach. I exercizeregularly which includes crunches, swimming, running, lifting weights and I have healthy eating habits as well and watch my calories. Yet I still can't seem to lose weight in my stomach and love handles area...
She said maybe 3 times a week,using dumbells and/or her body only. No big time wieghtlifting. Just at home excersizing,any ideas for what she could do?
