Question...It says you are at the Nassau port like 12 hours but the excursion is only for 5 hours. Is it really only 5 hours or can you stay longer? If so, how much is taxi from atlantis to port?

going on a ncl cruise to orlando and bahamas end of may. how is weather in florida and bahamas at the end of may? also, is it a bad idea to book excursions through the companys website instead of the cruise lines? the cruise lines excursions are so much more expensive. thank you
